TRIZ Problem Solving

This process can be done in-house (together with customer) or onsite. Each situation is customized to meet the requirements of the customer. TIC can remain in the process as long as the customer desires.

In this support activity, numerous solution concepts using Systematic Innovation on a defined problem will be developed. TIC will perform the interactive steps in a clearly outlined process. After exhausting all known solution space and developing solution concepts, a report will be generated and delivered to management and staff.

• Define the problem
• Conceptualization of the desired results
• Formulate problem situation and redefine problem with customer
• TRIZ analysis of the problem: development of the problem model using technical, physical contradictions and ideal final solutions
• Generation and development of new concept solutions
• Presentation of developed concept designs
• Customer's evaluation of the proposed solution concepts
• Perform concept calculations, testing, prototyping and industrial designs with invitation of highly skilled specialists and scientists as required
• Develop working prototypes for verification of the accept
